These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CM Container Management Inc. website (powered by Wix), online booking forms, and all dumpster bin rental, junk removal, hauling, demolition, and general contracting services.

 

By submitting a booking request, filling out a form, providing your information through our website, or agreeing to a service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Delivery

CM Container Management Inc. provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Roll-off dumpster bin rentals
• Full-service junk removal
• Hauling and material disposal
• Demolition services
• General contracting services

Service availability depends on weather conditions, equipment availability, landfill or disposal facility hours, site conditions, and safe access to the property.

2. Online Booking (Wix Website)

When submitting a service request through our Wix website booking or contact forms:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Service requests are not confirmed until we review and approve the request
• Our website may send automated email confirmations or notifications related to your request
• By submitting a request, you consent to receiving these communications

Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability until confirmed by CM Container Management Inc.

 

3. Rental Fees & Payment Terms

• All pricing is based on current quoted or posted service rates
• Payment may be required before delivery, before work begins, or upon completion of service
• Overweight bins, contaminated loads, prohibited materials, excess materials, or additional disposal fees will be billed to the customer
• Payments may be processed through approved payment methods including e-transfer, EFT, cheque, credit card, or other methods agreed upon

Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees, service suspension, or collection procedures.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe, clear, and accessible placement areas for bins or work areas
• Avoid placing prohibited or hazardous materials in bins
• Ensure bins are not overloaded or improperly filled
• Provide unobstructed access for delivery, work completion, and pickup
• Maintain safe site conditions during services

Damage caused by misuse, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges.

 

5. Prohibited Materials

The following items are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing:

• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals, oils, or fuels
• Paints or solvents
• Asbestos
• Explosives or ammunition
• Biomedical or medical waste
• Certain appliances or electronics without prior approval

Improper disposal may result in cleanup costs, disposal fees, legal charges, or fines which will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Liability

CM Container Management Inc. is not responsible for:

• Damage to driveways, lawns, pavement, underground utilities, or landscaping during normal service operations
• Delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, equipment failure, landfill closures, or circumstances outside our control
• Damage caused by improper loading or customer negligence
• Items placed near, under, or behind bins or work areas

All services are used at the customer’s own risk.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery or service may incur a cancellation fee
• If delivery, pickup, or service cannot be completed due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:

• The Province of New Brunswick
• The Government of Canada

Any disputes arising from services or website use will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

CM Container Management Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
